No. Real Shangololo provides transport and guiding services. Park/entry fees, accommodation, meals, activity fees (boat rides, island permits, hot-air balloons, etc.), domestic flights and visas are payable by the client unless explicitly included in a bespoke package — we quote those supplier costs separately and can manage bookings on your behalf.
We run intentionally small departures: usually a maximum of five guests per scheduled departure. This ensures personalised service and excellent photo opportunities. Private departures for solo travellers, families or larger groups are available on request — contact us for a bespoke quote and availability.
No safari operator can guarantee wildlife sightings — wild animals are unpredictable. That said, we use professional safari guides with local knowledge and real-time sighting reports to place you where wildlife activity is highest, maximising your chances of great encounters and photography.
Yes. We can arrange accommodation, purchase park permits, and book optional activities for you (at additional supplier cost). If you prefer to book these directly, we’ll provide guidance on recommended camps, permit windows and approximate fees so you can organise them independently.
